• →Prepares purchase orders by compiling information and records from multiple sources.
• →Edit purchase requests, and follow-up on outstanding purchase orders.
• →Consults catalogs and other references to obtain prices and specifications.
• →May contact vendors and suppliers for quotations.
• →Placing emergency orders based on request from branches.
• →Analyzing inventory levels and usage to determine stocking quantities.

• Associate's degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a purchasing or purchasing support capacity.
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• MS Dynamics accounting/inventory software experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention-to-detail.
