Drafting other types of documentation such as guidelines, instructions, manuals, etc.

Coordinating and moderating training sessions in support of change management activities for ongoing projects/activities

SKILLS:

• Details of solution capabilities were captured and documented exhaustively.

• New or updated documentation was produced, including but not limited to, operational manuals, technical guides, business requirements documents, functional specifications documents, project/product documentation, etc.

• Consistency among documents/drafts was ensured, confirming accuracy of references/footnotes/captions.

• Documentation was maintained/organized for optimal use/retrieval.

• Training needs analyses were captured, based on change impact of project/product.

• Project/product training programs were designed to meet business adoption targets.

• Existing training materials were produced or updated (content and method).

• Third-party training material was adapted to support individual competence development in line with organisational needs.

• Effective training in different modalities was delivered, including classroom and on-line.

• Effectiveness of training was monitored and reported on.

• Editor and proof-reader roles were performed by participating in peer reviews.

• Documentation was proof-read

• ‘How-To’ videos/presentations were created
