AI Tech Lead (Computer Vision)

ACG_3613_JOB We're looking for an experienced engineer to drive the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of Python and Computer Vision solutions. Whether you're an established Tech Lead or a strong Senior ready to step up, we want to talk. This role goes beyond hands-on development - you'll shape long-term technical strategy, lead complex initiatives, and ensure scalable, production-ready systems that align with business and client expectations. Lead complex problem-solving and innovation in CV solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business-driven solutions Define and drive technical strategy aligned with business and client goals Design and own end-to-end Computer Vision systems (data → model → deployment) Establish engineering and MLOps best practices Mentor engineers and lead technical direction across teams Manage technical risks, compliance, and system sustainability Requirements Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on engineering experience building and shipping production systems Track record of taking systems from prototype to production Solid experience with Computer Vision (e.g., detection, segmentation, OCR, tracking, video analytics) - or strong ML/deep learning experience with a clear path into CV Proficiency in Python & C++ Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV Working knowledge of deep learning fundamentals (CNNs, Transformers) Soft Skills Problem-solving and innovation mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management Strong strategic thinking with a business-impact mindset Ability to influence technical direction across teams Leadership and mentorship capability -- or clear potential to grow into it Nice to Have Prior Tech Lead experience, with a track record of driving cross-functional teams Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, ML pipelines) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Spark) Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant technical field (but, we care far more about what you've built than what you've studied) Experience with Generative AI or multi-modal systems Experience working with international clients or in outsourcing environments Contributions to research, publications, or open source Benefits International working environment with AI-driven strategic direction. 20 days of annual leave – Hybrid working mode.
