Lead the overall business strategy, operations, and commercial direction of the DI Pipes & Fittings division. Drive revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and long-term business sustainability. Oversee manufacturing performance, quality standards, productivity improvement, and cost optimization initiatives. Strengthen relationships with key customers, institutional clients, government bodies, contractors, and strategic partners. Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams to ensure operational efficiency and business excellence. Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and industry standards while promoting sustainable business practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred. 20+ years of senior leadership experience in steel, pipes, castings, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors. Strong expertise in P&L management, plant operations, commercial strategy, and business development. Proven track record in leading large-scale manufacturing businesses, driving growth, and improving operational performance.
