Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher from reputable domestic or international institutions. Minimum of 5 years of management experience in large corporations or organizations. Solid knowledge of finance, corporate governance (especially for listed companies), legal frameworks, and human resources management. Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable with strong strategic thinking, creativity, and a passion for learning. Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
