ACG_3550_JOB Our client is a leading organization in the industrial conglomerates industry, currently seeking a qualified professional to join their team. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company’s strategic vision, business growth roadmap, and long-term development plan within the biomass and wood pellet sector. Oversee end-to-end operations, including raw material sourcing, production, quality assurance, logistics, supply chain management, and export activities. Lead international business development initiatives, with a strong focus on expanding into key markets such as Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, and other global biomass markets. Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, productivity improvement, and overall business profitability. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including international buyers, regulatory authorities, strategic partners, suppliers, and industry networks. Lead ESG and sustainability initiatives in alignment with global biomass standards, including FSC, SBP, and other relevant certification frameworks. Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence. Ensure full compliance with environmental, legal, safety, and industry regulations across all business activities. Requirements 15–25 years of senior leadership experience, preferably within biomass, renewable energy, forestry, manufacturing, industrial operations, or related sectors. Proven track record in scaling industrial businesses, driving business growth, and managing full P&L responsibility. Strong understanding of global wood pellet markets, biomass supply chains, sourcing models, export operations, and international customer requirements. Hands-on experience in export business development and managing relationships with international clients, buyers, and commercial partners. Excellent leadership capability, strategic mindset, commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management ability.
