Role Objectives Translate the Group's strategic goals into a coherent, executable financial plan. Design and operate a best-in-class financial management system — strategy, policy, process and budget. Optimize profitability and ensure financial safety, liquidity, and sustainable growth. Own and manage the full 5-layer profit model across all business units. Key Responsibilities A. Strategic planning & executive advisory Serve as the primary financial advisor to the Chairman and CEO on business strategy and capital allocation. Develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial strategies aligned with Group objectives. Provide recommendations on investment decisions, capital structure, and enterprise risk management. B. Financial management Analyze the company's financial position, forecast performance, and propose action plans. Evaluate the financial viability and returns of investment projects. Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives. Manage Group-level cash flow, liquidity, and funding sources. Build and oversee budget management policies across all entities. Establish recurring financial reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual) for leadership. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and tax authorities. Build contingency reserves and financial risk response plans. C. Accounting management Organize and operate the accounting function in full compliance with applicable regulations. Review and approve financial statements and tax filings. Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management. Advise executive leadership on tax optimization and accounting policy. Develop and standardize internal accounting processes and workflows. D. Financial control & compliance Maintain oversight of all financial and accounting activities across the Group. Approve payment documents, financial reports, bank records, and tax declarations. Ensure transparency, accuracy, and legal compliance across the entire financial system. Monitor and apply new tax regulations and financial policy updates in a timely manner. Build a robust internal control framework and financial risk governance system. E. Finance & accounting team leadership Lead and manage all operations of the Finance & Accounting department. Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the team's capabilities. Set KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and drive continuous improvement within the team. Authority & Scope Participate in and propose Group-level strategic decisions. Approve financial transactions within delegated authority limits. Approve financial statements, tax filings, and related declarations. Act as authorized account signatory for bank loan applications and payment approvals. Represent the company in dealings with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and financial partners. Requirements Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Master's degree or professional certification (MBA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA) Experience Minimum 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior leadership role. Proven track record in a manufacturing, FMCG, or consumer goods environment. Experience managing large, multi-entity financial operations. Prior exposure to M&A, fundraising, or group restructuring (a plus). Technical skills Deep command of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and tax regulations. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and management reporting. Familiarity with internal audit and compliance frameworks. Leadership & soft skills Strong executive presence, able to communicate financial insight clearly to non-finance stakeholders and board members. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams. Strategic thinker with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach. High integrity and commitment to transparency and compliance.
