ACG_3374_JOB Our client is a leading fashion corporation, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. 1) Supply Operations & Execution Excellence Ensure on-time delivery and consistent product quality through robust operational routines and continuous improvement. Implement and monitor adherence to enterprise policies, certifications, traceability programs, and operational initiatives across suppliers and internal teams. Drive critical path discipline from purchase order release through approved ship dates; proactively remove bottlenecks. Own production planning and purchase order management; support development-to-bulk readiness and allocation activities. Identify and lead productivity and scalability initiatives to improve efficiency and optimize end-to-end supply performance. 2) Strategic Sourcing Enablement & Vendor Management Manage strategic relationships with top-tier manufacturers and key sub-tier partners; maintain strong engagement and governance. Provide local input into regional/global supplier strategies, including allocation recommendations to meet capacity, capability, and commercial needs. Develop and maintain a pipeline of future partners; strengthen supplier capabilities aligned to evolving business priorities. Track supplier performance using qualitative and quantitative measures; communicate insights and risks clearly to stakeholders. Optimize country-of-origin strategy to balance duty impact, cost, quality, lead time, and global distribution requirements. 3) Cost, Speed, and Value Creation Lead commercial discussions and cost reviews with suppliers to unlock value and support margin targets. Champion initiatives that increase agility, responsiveness, and flexibility across the supply chain while protecting brand standards. 4) Quality, Technical Excellence & Compliance Partner with technical, quality, and supplier teams to ensure products meet brand and consumer expectations. Ensure responsible sourcing and compliance across social, environmental, sustainability, and other global requirements. 5) Strategic Alignment & Cross-Functional Integration Translate enterprise supply priorities into local execution plans and ensure alignment with brand, consumer, and business objectives. Collaborate across functions and geographies to support integrated planning, sourcing, and go-to-market needs. 6) People Leadership & Talent Development Build, coach, and retain high-performing teams; foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and collaboration. Lead through ambiguity and change; ensure teams have clear goals, resources, and performance expectations. 7) Country Leadership & Office Management Maintain awareness of geopolitical and regulatory developments; engage appropriately with industry, government, and trade bodies. Drive local strategic initiatives in coordination with regional leadership. Support corrective action programs and continuous improvement with suppliers. Oversee smooth office/administrative operations and promote inclusion, engagement, and internal community initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in textiles/garments, industrial engineering, supply chain, or equivalent. 15-20 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in leadership roles and 5+ years in manufacturing/production environments. Strong background in Asia-based supply chains, multi-tier sourcing models, and production strategy. Deep understanding of materials, costing, capacity planning, and macroeconomic factors affecting supply. Solid knowledge of local trade policies and regulatory landscape; strong local industry network is a plus. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), presentation ability, and stakeholder management.
