ACG_3513_JOB Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for an experienced talent to join their firm: Advise senior leadership in developing and executing digital banking strategies for the retail banking segment. Design and implement strategic plans for digital banking products and services aligned with overall business direction. Lead and coordinate digital transformation initiatives within retail banking operations. Monitor, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of digital banking strategies and initiatives. Lead research, design, and development of digital banking products and services for individual customers. Implement digital products such as mobile banking, internet banking, online savings, online lending, and digital credit cards. Continuously enhance digital products to improve competitiveness and customer experience. Develop and execute digital customer growth strategies across online platforms. Drive digital marketing campaigns and user acquisition initiatives. Implement cross-selling and up-selling strategies for retail products on digital channels. Track and manage key digital banking business performance indicators. Design and optimize end-to-end digital customer journeys across all platforms. Improve user interface and user experience of digital banking applications. Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction metrics. Resolve issues impacting customer experience in digital channels. Develop and expand partnerships with fintech companies, e-commerce platforms, e-wallet providers, and technology partners. Extend banking service distribution through digital ecosystem integration. Collaborate with relevant units to implement data and AI-driven solutions in retail banking. Leverage customer data to analyze behavior, personalize offerings, and improve marketing effectiveness. Apply technology solutions to detect fraud and manage operational risks. Monitor and evaluate overall digital banking performance. Manage key metrics such as digital customer growth, active user ratio, digital fee income, digital CASA, online lending volume, online deposits, and digital credit card usage. Propose solutions to improve business performance. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements related to digital banking operations. Coordinate management of operational risk, technology risk, and information security. Supervise implementation of customer identification, anti-money laundering, and data protection standards. Manage and operate teams within digital banking functions. Develop workforce planning and capability development strategies for digital talent. Evaluate performance and lead training and development programs for employees. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Information Technology, or Economics. Preferred postgraduate qualifications such as MBA, Finance and Banking, Fintech, or Data Analytics. Minimum 10 years of experience in banking or financial services. At least 5 years of experience in middle or senior management roles in digital banking, retail banking, or digital product development. Experience in retail banking products including consumer lending, cards, payments, and personal deposits. Strong knowledge of digital banking systems Knowledge of fintech, data analytics, and artificial intelligence applications in financial services. Ability to develop and implement digital banking strategies. Experience in digital transformation and large-scale project management. Strong leadership, change management, and business performance management capabilities. Strategic thinking, market analysis, and business planning skills. Leadership, decision-making, and project management skills. Communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Fluent English communication skills. Ability to work with international partners, technology organizations, and digital solution providers. Innovative mindset, high adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
