Head of Global Test & Validation (a) | Region: Ostschweiz, Schweiz

This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a globally operating test and verification organization within a highly innovative technology environment. You will drive the strategic development of testing capabilities, digitalization initiatives, and laboratory excellence while playing a key role in ensuring product performance, reliability, and innovation across international locations.

• Lead and develop international verification and validation teams across multiple engineering disciplines and global locations
• Define and execute a long-term strategy for testing, validation, digitalization, and laboratory excellence
• Drive the adoption of advanced testing technologies, automation, data-driven decision making, and digital engineering solutions
• Establish global standards, best practices, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and operational excellence
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Customer-facing teams to support innovation and product development
• Ensure robust validation frameworks for new technologies, product releases, supplier qualifications, and customer-specific requirements
• Build a high-performance organization through coaching, talent development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

• Degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Proven leadership experience within an international engineering, R&D, testing, or validation environment
• Strong understanding of verification methodologies, testing strategies, and engineering processes
• Experience driving organizational change, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of data analytics, automation, programming, or modern engineering software tools is highly desirable
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong execution capabilities and hands-on leadership
• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel internationally
