Director of Strategy and Development

Strategic Development: Formulate and execute long-term strategic initiatives that align with corporate vision and objectives. Detect emerging market trends and identify new growth opportunities. Market Research: Perform in-depth industry research and competitive assessments to guide decision-making and pinpoint potential areas for expansion. Investment Evaluation: Apply financial and investment expertise to evaluate possible mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships. Build financial projections and conduct detailed valuation analyses. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive management and cross-functional departments to ensure consistency and coordination in implementing strategic goals. Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end strategic projects—from planning through execution—ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational priorities. Performance Evaluation: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess strategic outcomes, and refine plans based on performance insights. Executive Reporting: Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and analytical reports to communicate progress and results of strategic initiatives. Requirements Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required; a Master’s degree (MBA) is highly advantageous. Experience: Possess at least 8–10 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, or financial management functions. Analytical Capability: Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth analysis and interpret sophisticated financial and market data to support strategic decision-making. Leadership: Track record of successfully leading teams and coordinating cross-departmental initiatives in complex business environments. Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to build consensus and influence senior stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset, with the initiative to anticipate issues and implement effective resolutions.
