Head of Treasury & Funding

ACG_3385_JOB Our client is a leading fintech corporation, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Originate and secure funding from banks, investment funds, DFIs, and strategic financial partners through debt, equity, and joint-venture arrangements. Lead transaction structuring, commercial negotiation, and execution to optimize funding cost, collateral arrangements, allocation of risk, and legal/regulatory compliance. Ensure capital-raising activities are aligned with SME disbursement objectives and portfolio expansion plans. Oversee compliance with financing covenants, investor reporting obligations, and internal tracking tools related to capital deployment and performance monitoring. Maintain a structured investor communication rhythm through quarterly business updates, portfolio review sessions, and annual presentations. Develop and sustain strong long-term relationships with investors, banking partners, and other financial institutions. Act as a key representative of the company in investor discussions, fundraising roadshows, industry conferences, and presentation meetings. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field. Experience At least 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Fintech Lending, Structured Finance/Debt, Private Equity, or Fund Management. Demonstrated success in fundraising, capital raising, or structured finance transactions. Technical & Functional Skills Strong capability in financial modeling, capital structuring, transaction negotiation, and investor communications. Strong professional English skills, including reading, writing, and presentation in a finance/business context. Preferred Background Established relationships with banks, investment funds, or financial institutions in Vietnam. Previous experience in high-growth startup or fintech environments.
