ACG_3655_JOB Our client, a leading company in the poultry farming and egg production industry, is seeking a qualified candidate for the following position. 1. Reporting & HR Projects Prepare HR-related reports and analytics. Participate in HR system improvement and digitalization projects. Support audits and HR compliance reviews. 2. Staff Attendance & Disciplinary Control & Industrial Relations Monitor and manage staff attendance records. Handle disciplinary issues and enforce company policies. 3. Employee Grievance & Dispute Handling Address and resolve staff complaints and workplace conflicts. Act as a mediator between employees and management. 4. Union Relations Manage communication and negotiations with the union. Ensure compliance with union agreements. 5. Employee Engagement Plan and organize employee activities and events. Foster a positive and committed work environment. 6. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate staff training programs. Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness. 7. HSE Support Oversee general matters related to safety, hygiene, and the environment. Implement government-related requirements as requested. 8. General HR & Administrative Support Oversee general matters such as housekeeping, hostel, and transport arrangements. Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of five years of HR experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role managing a team. Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Good command of written and spoken English. Strong leadership and people management capabilities. Analytical thinking and process orientation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High standards of confidentiality and integrity.
