This role is responsible for managing and developing the overall Information Technology systems of the company, ensuring infrastructure, data systems, and healthcare software operate in a stable, secure, and efficient manner. The position plays a key role in enhancing operational management and driving comprehensive digital transformation across medical services, business operations, and system administration. Manage IT infrastructure, internal networks, servers, licensed software, and data security systems. Operate and optimize core healthcare and business applications, including HIS, LIS, PACS, EMR, ERP, CRM, and other management systems. Establish and maintain information security, data protection, and backup policies in compliance with legal regulations and healthcare industry standards. Propose and implement digital transformation initiatives, including data integration across medical facilities within the system; consolidate, analyze, and leverage data to support management and enhance service delivery. Plan and control IT budgets and investment projects to ensure operational efficiency and cost optimization. Advise the Board of Management on emerging technologies, digitalization trends, and operational process improvements. Vận hành và tối ưu các phần mềm nghiệp vụ và quản trị bao gồm HIS, LIS, PACS, EMR, ERP, CRM và các hệ thống quản lý khác. Thiết lập và duy trì các chính sách an toàn thông tin, bảo mật dữ liệu và sao lưu dữ liệu theo đúng quy định pháp luật và tiêu chuẩn ngành y tế. Đề xuất và triển khai các giải pháp chuyển đổi số, bao gồm tích hợp dữ liệu giữa các cơ sở y tế trong hệ thống; tổng hợp, phân tích và khai thác dữ liệu nhằm hỗ trợ công tác quản lý và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ. Lập kế hoạch và kiểm soát ngân sách CNTT cũng như các dự án đầu tư công nghệ nhằm đảm bảo hiệu quả vận hành và tối ưu chi phí. Tư vấn cho Ban Giám đốc về các công nghệ mới, xu hướng số hóa và các giải pháp cải tiến quy trình vận hành. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the IT field; candidates with experience in hospitals, healthcare systems, or multi-branch organizations are highly preferred. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, LAN/WAN networks, servers, cloud systems, healthcare software such as HIS, LIS, PACS, EMR, data security, and healthcare digital transformation. Honest, highly responsible, system-oriented mindset, proactive at work, and committed to continuous improvement.
