ACG_3626_JOB Our client, a top-notch home appliance company in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. 1. Management Responsibilities and Duties Develop, manage, and optimize the annual overall Marketing operating budget under the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Establish a performance measurement system using KPIs and OKRs for the Marketing Department’s functions and personnel. Manage and assign tasks, provide training, and develop the capabilities of employees within the Marketing Department, including PR, Design, Content, Events, and other functions. 2. Professional Responsibilities and Duties 2.1. Corporate Brand Strategy and Brand Architecture Management Plan and develop the Group’s overall brand positioning strategy. Develop and manage a consistent brand identity system across all touchpoints and communication channels. Monitor compliance with brand standards and guidelines throughout the Group. Periodically monitor and evaluate brand health and recommend solutions to optimize the Group’s brand positioning and image. Propose solutions to enhance the brand’s positioning, image, and competitiveness in the market. 2.2. Brand Governance and Compliance Develop, issue, and manage a unified brand identity system across the Group. Manage and regularly update the Brand Guidelines, Visual Guidelines, Tone of Voice, Brand Message House, and other applicable brand usage standards and regulations. Monitor compliance with brand standards and guidelines throughout the Group. 2.3. Public Relations and Corporate Communications Build and maintain strong working relationships with news agencies, press and media organizations, television broadcasters, and relevant government authorities. Manage corporate communication messages to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the brand strategy. Lead the preparation and approval of external communication materials. Manage and operate the Group’s official communication channels, including its website, fan pages, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Establish communication crisis warning and prevention procedures and directly participate in managing communication crises, where applicable, to protect the Company’s reputation and corporate image. 2.4. Corporate Events, Sponsorships, and Corporate Social Responsibility Develop concepts, plan, and oversee the organization of major Group-level events, including anniversary celebrations, VIP customer and dealer conferences, press conferences, industry seminars, international exhibitions, and other corporate events. Evaluate, propose, promote, implement, and manage sponsorship initiatives and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs to enhance the brand’s reputation within the community. Standardize event management procedures, event identity systems, program scripts, leadership messages, communication materials, and vendor acceptance and evaluation standards. 2.5. Internal Communications Collaborate closely with the Human Resources and Administration Department to implement internal communication campaigns and promote the corporate culture and core values among all employees. Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly internal communication plans aligned with corporate events, campaigns, leadership messages, and the Group’s strategic development direction. Ensure that internal images and messages are consistent with the Group’s external Corporate Marketing positioning and image. 3. Other Responsibilities and Duties Perform other duties as assigned by the Company’s Board of Management. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree or higher. Major Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines. Experience A minimum of five years of experience in an equivalent position, such as Marketing Director or Corporate Brand Director, at medium-sized or large companies, corporations, or leading agencies. Professional Knowledge In-depth understanding of Brand Architecture and Corporate Marketing strategies in the market. Strong knowledge and practical experience in press and media laws, advertising regulations, and communication crisis management procedures. An extensive professional network with press and media organizations, corporate KOLs and influencers, and event service providers. Skills Proficiency in relevant software applications required for the role. Foreign language proficiency. Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and change management skills. Ability to build, maintain, and develop professional relationships. Strong planning, analytical, synthesis, inspection, and monitoring skills.
