Operations Performance Specialist

ACG_3864_JOB Our client, who is a leading electric motorbike company, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Business & Operations Performance Monitor OKRs and operational performance across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and other relevant functions. Work closely with manufacturing teams on the shop floor to gain a thorough understanding of production workflows and establish standardized performance metrics. Analyze operational trends to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, productivity losses, inventory risks, and performance variances. Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support operational performance management. Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and visibility into operational performance across the organization. Prepare actionable insights and recommendations to support management reviews and operational decision-making. Project Management & Continuous Improvement Lead or coordinate cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving overall operational and cross-functional performance. Develop project plans, milestones, action trackers, and governance mechanisms to ensure effective project execution. Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and anticipated business impact. Facilitate structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives across relevant functions. Ensure agreed actions are completed within established timelines and that expected outcomes are successfully achieved. Business Partnership & Strategic Support Serve as a strategic link across Operations functions to strengthen alignment, accountability, and execution discipline. Support the Head of Operations in executing high-priority transformation initiatives and managing strategic, high-impact projects. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations Analytics, or a similar data-driven position within a production or supply chain environment. Previous experience in the automotive industry or a startup environment is considered an advantage. Technical Skills Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools. Strong experience in writing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience using Python, particularly data processing libraries, for data manipulation, analysis, and report automation is highly preferred. Hands-on experience navigating ERP systems and extracting operational data for analysis and reporting purposes. Soft Skills Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven mindset and excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both shop-floor teams and senior management. Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Recognized professional certifications in supply chain management or a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles are advantageous. Certification or practical experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies, including Yellow Belt or Green Belt level, is preferred. Benefits Competitive compensation package.
