Lead the development of comprehensive brand and business strategies for clients across industries. Drive end-to-end project execution, from problem definition, research, analysis to strategic recommendations. Manage and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous learning. Translate complex data and market insights into clear, actionable strategies that drive measurable business growth. Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic advisor. Oversee market research initiatives, ensuring high-quality insights and impactful outputs. Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, sales, product, analytics) to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies. Lead client presentations, workshops, and key meetings with strong storytelling and executive presence. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 10+ years of experience in management consulting, brand strategy, market research, or advertising. Proven track record of leading, developing, and scaling high-performing teams. Strong expertise in building brand strategy and driving measurable business growth. FMCG industry experience is a strong advantage. Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and data interpretation. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills. Strong leadership presence, business acumen, and decision-making capabilities. Experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Preferred Skills Experience working in consulting firms or top-tier agencies. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability. Excellent communication in English (and local language if required).
