Product Owner (Fintech Domain)

ACG_3407_JOB Our client is a leading finalcial services corporation, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Work closely with product managers and relevant stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements. Translate business needs into well-defined product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria, while maintaining a structured and transparent product backlog. Support product managers in prioritizing backlog items based on business goals and product strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and design to ensure product features are delivered on schedule and meet quality expectations. Contribute to the planning and execution of product development initiatives, supporting both short-term product enhancements and long-term product roadmap objectives. Ensure product features and workflows comply with relevant regulatory and operational requirements in the financial services environment. Act as a key point of coordination between business users and development teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment throughout the development lifecycle. Monitor product performance, collect feedback from internal teams and end users, and identify opportunities to improve product usability and customer experience Analyze product usage data and business feedback to support continuous product improvement and strategic decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Securities, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or related roles within financial services, banking, or capital markets. Good understanding of financial products such as equities, bonds, derivatives, or other investment instruments. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance considerations related to financial trading or investment products. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, with hands-on experience in backlog management, user story creation, and defining acceptance criteria. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business teams and technical teams. Ability to collaborate with multiple departments such as platform development, infrastructure, compliance, marketing, and customer support. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, balancing business objectives with technical feasibility. Proficiency in English communication is considered an advantage.
