ACG_3493_JOB Our client is a leading organization in the food processing industry, currently seeking a qualified professional to join their team. Production Management: Oversee end-to-end operations of fruit juice concentrate production, ensuring optimal productivity, efficiency, and product quality. Establish and implement production workflows, quality standards, and food safety protocols. Demonstrate strong familiarity with internationally recognized food safety and quality management standards and certifications. Planning: Coordinate with relevant departments to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual production plans. Monitor production schedules and make necessary adjustments to align with market demand. Human Resource Management: Lead recruitment, training, development, and management of the production team. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Quality Assurance: Supervise and ensure product quality across all stages of the production process. Perform inspections, testing, and quality evaluations in accordance with established standards. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as warehousing, logistics, and commercial functions to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Analysis and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production performance, quality metrics, and operational outcomes. Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making. Quản lý Nhân sự: Phụ trách tuyển dụng, đào tạo, phát triển và quản lý đội ngũ sản xuất. Đánh giá hiệu suất làm việc và đề xuất các biện pháp cải tiến liên tục. Đảm bảo Chất lượng: Giám sát và đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm trong toàn bộ quy trình sản xuất. Thực hiện kiểm tra, thử nghiệm và đánh giá chất lượng theo các tiêu chuẩn đã thiết lập. Phối hợp Nội bộ: Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận như kho vận, logistics và kinh doanh để đảm bảo sản phẩm được giao đúng thời hạn và đạt chất lượng. Phân tích và Báo cáo: Lập các báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình sản xuất, chỉ số chất lượng và hiệu quả vận hành. Phân tích dữ liệu sản xuất nhằm xác định cơ hội cải tiến và hỗ trợ ra quyết định. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in food manufacturing, preferably within fruit juice or beverage production. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of production operations and quality management principles.
