ACG_3541_JOB Our client is a leading prominent provider of energy solutions who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm: Drive business growth by proactively identifying and securing new tenants for industrial properties. Manage lease renewal processes, ensuring timely negotiations and strong tenant retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and prospective clients to encourage referrals and repeat business opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to promote industrial properties to potential tenants. Coordinate with the Property Management team to deliver excellent customer service and effectively manage tenant expectations and requests. Work with relevant internal departments to respond to tenant enquiries and resolve operational or tenancy-related issues. Be available on-site to engage with tenants whenever required. Support the tenant invoicing process and assist the Finance team in handling tenant and landlord billing enquiries. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate lease documentation and proper lease administration. Prepare and provide regular tenancy reports for management and relevant stakeholders. Maintain and regularly update tenant databases and records. Stay informed about market trends, industry regulations, and legal developments impacting the real estate sector, particularly within industrial and logistics markets. Participate in and support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and corporate events. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Management team and business operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience; prior exposure to logistics operations or the property industry is considered an advantage. Strong communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English; proficiency in Korean, Chinese, or Japanese is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to deliver efficient, timely, reliable, and professional customer service. Strong presentation and information delivery skills.
