Senior Product Developer

ACG_3264_JOB Our client is a fashion cooperation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm. Support and coordinate the full product development process, from early design input through technical review and readiness for commercialization, for assigned seasonal footwear projects. Assist in supervising and mentoring team members to ensure development milestones are met with accuracy and on schedule. Serve as a key technical resource, providing product construction support and development guidance aligned with brand direction to cross-functional partners in North America and Asia. Contribute to both seasonal execution and longer-term product initiatives through hands-on technical involvement and problem-solving. Help track development timelines, key deliverables, and approval checkpoints in line with established seasonal planning calendars. Requirements 8–10+ years of experience in the footwear industry, with solid exposure to product development, industrialization, manufacturing, or quality assurance. 2–4 years of experience in a team lead, senior specialist, or assistant management role. Strong understanding of material selection and application based on performance requirements and intended use. Sound knowledge of footwear construction techniques and structural design principles. Good familiarity with seasonal development calendars, milestone expectations, and cross-functional deliverables. Advanced technical knowledge of materials, lasts, molds, tooling, compound development, and foot anatomy. Proficient in the use of technical measurement and evaluation tools commonly applied in footwear development. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
