Solution Architect Manager

ACG_3857_JOB Our client, a leading healthcare company, is looking for a talented candidate for their firm. JOB DESCRIPTION Conduct demonstrations of product features and technical solutions for international customers; support and control the customer’s technical evaluation process during the sales stage, quickly achieve technical recognition, and promote cooperation. Coordinate with the Sales Department to analyze customer needs; provide in-depth consulting for participating projects (solution presentation, technical support, implementation consulting, etc.). Develop suitable solutions and proposals according to customer needs; compile product introduction materials, solution profiles, and relevant technical documents. Promote solution integration with partners. Independently develop project plans, profiles, and documents. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Management, or related fields. Proficient in Linux/Windows Server. Proficient in Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server. Good knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, etc.). Docker experience is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in healthcare IT or software implementation, operation, and technical support. Fluent English (4 skills), with the ability to work directly with international customers. Cross-cultural communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Ability to work independently, work under pressure, and be willing to travel abroad for long-term assignments. Experience in project implementation in the Middle East or Southeast Asia is preferred.
