负责公司整体网络架构的设计、部署、优化及日常运维，包括办公网络、交易网络及高性能计算（HPC）网络。

Design, deploy, optimize, and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, including office networks, trading networks, and High Performance Computing (HPC) environments.

负责防火墙、VPN、IPsec 等网络安全设备及策略的配置、管理和维护。

Configure, manage, and maintain network security systems and policies, including firewalls, VPN, and IPsec.

负责 IB（InfiniBand）网络及 RoCE 高速网络的部署、调优与故障排查。

Deploy, tune, and troubleshoot IB (InfiniBand) networks and RoCE high-speed networks.

支持低延迟、高吞吐量网络环境，优化网络性能及稳定性。

Support low-latency and high-throughput network environments, ensuring optimal performance and stability.

负责交换机（思科，Arista）、路由器及相关网络设备的配置与维护。

Configure and maintain switches (Cisco, Arista), routers, and other network devices.

配合量化交易、研究及基础设施团队，支持高性能计算平台及交易系统运行。

Collaborate with quantitative trading, research, and infrastructure teams to support HPC platforms and trading systems.

监控网络运行状态，及时处理网络故障、安全事件及性能瓶颈。

Monitor network operations and resolve network failures, security incidents, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.

编写和维护网络相关技术文档、配置文档及操作流程。

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, network configurations, and operational procedures.

跟进金融行业网络及安全技术发展趋势，持续优化公司网络架构。

Stay updated on networking and security technologies within the financial industry and continuously improve the company’s network architecture.

本科及以上学历，计算机、网络工程、通信工程、信息技术等相关专业。

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields.

3年以上网络工程相关工作经验，有金融行业经验者优先，尤其是私募基金、证券、量化交易等行业背景。

Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering; candidates with financial industry experience are highly preferred, especially in hedge funds, securities, or quantitative trading firms.

熟悉防火墙、VPN、IPsec 等网络安全技术及相关设备配置。

Solid understanding of firewalls, VPN, IPsec, and related network security technologies.

熟悉 IB（InfiniBand）网络及 RoCE 高速网络架构、部署及优化。

Hands-on experience with IB (InfiniBand) networks and RoCE high-speed network architecture, deployment, and optimization.

具备高性能计算（HPC）网络环境相关经验，熟悉 Cisco、Arista 等主流交换机的配置、维护及故障排查，具备金融交易网络或低延迟网络环境经验者优先。

Experience supporting High Performance Computing (HPC) environments. Familiarity with Cisco and Arista switches, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Experience with trading networks or low-latency environments within financial institutions is highly preferred.

熟悉主流交换机、路由器及数据中心网络架构。

Familiarity with mainstream switches, routers, and data center network architecture.

对低延迟网络、网络性能优化及网络稳定性有较深入理解。

Strong understanding of low-latency networking, network optimization, and network stability.

具备较强的问题分析及故障排查能力。

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

具备良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力，能够支持业务快速发展需求。

Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to support fast-paced business environments.

持有 CCNP、CCIE 或相关网络认证者优先。

CCNP, CCIE, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
