The Director of Growth owns Alpha Lion’s full growth engine, integrating paid media, creative, CRO, and influencer strategy into a single, high-performance system. This role is accountable for driving efficient new customer acquisition, improving contribution margins, and compounding long-term customer value through disciplined experimentation and precise capital allocation.

You will build and scale a predictable, high-leverage growth machine powered by world-class creative, rigorous testing, and decisive budget allocation. Success means unlocking and scaling new acquisition funnels, offers, and traffic sources while ensuring every initiative drives measurable growth and strengthens brand equity over time.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale Alpha Lion’s paid media, creative process, CRO, and influencer strategy as one integrated growth system.
  • Drive efficient customer acquisition by optimizing conversion rate, AOV, profit per visitor, and LTV:CAC.
  • Lead creative strategy and experimentation across ads, funnels, and offers to unlock step-change growth.
  • Manage and allocate acquisition budgets with precision, consistently prioritizing the highest-ROI opportunities.
  • Build and operate a disciplined testing roadmap that compounds performance over time.
  • Partner closely with Brand, Data & Analytics, and E-commerce to ensure alignment between growth, creative, and measurement.
  • Maintain daily visibility into performance, acting decisively when results deviate from plan.
  • A scalable, predictable acquisition engine that reliably delivers profitable growth.
  • Meaningful improvements in acquisition efficiency and contribution margins.
  • New funnels, offers, and traffic sources successfully launched and scaled.
  • Faster, more confident decision-making driven by clear performance visibility.

  • Hands-on experience across paid media, CRO, and influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of how these channels work together as part of a unified growth system.
  • Proven ability to develop, test, and iterate on creative, offers, and funnels, using experimentation to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Deep comfort working with performance data and metrics, paired with intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn, adapt, and improve.
  • Experience managing meaningful media budgets while balancing short-term performance with long-term brand and customer value.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-expectation environments where priorities evolve and learning speed matters as much as past results.

What We Offer

We believe in competing at a high level — and that includes how we approach pay. This is a remote-first role, open to candidates anywhere in the world. The expected base rate for this position is $145,000- $ 180,000 (USD). Your offer will reflect your experience, skill set, and where you live — we calibrate pay to ensure fairness and alignment with local markets.

Beyond base pay, team members may be eligible for performance bonuses, growth incentives, and benefits built to support their health, wellness, and professional goals.
