About the Role

  • Serve as a key growth partner across Product, CRM, Lifecycle, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, and Creative.
  • Influence product roadmap decisions through growth channel insights and customer behavior analysis.
  • Collaborate with CRM  teams to improve lead to sign up acquisition. 
  • Build strong external relationships with potential agencies, platform partners, and vendors.
  • Establish operational rigor, scalable processes, and clear performance accountability across growth initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing growth talent as the team scales.
  • Help define the future structure, capabilities, and operating model of Begin’s Growth organization.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, ownership, analytical rigor, and continuous learning.
  • Have built and scaled multi-channel acquisition programs across both web and mobile ecosystems at meaningful scale.
  • Have deep expertise in subscription growth models and understand how to optimize for long-term LTV and retention.
  • Bring strong strategic thinking alongside hands-on performance marketing execution.
  • Are highly fluent in experimentation, incrementality, attribution, and measurement frameworks.
  • Have experience managing and scaling multimillion-dollar media budgets.
  • Understand how to balance efficiency, scale, creative quality, and brand integrity.
  • Can operate effectively at both executive and tactical levels.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
  • Are deeply customer-centric and motivated by building products that improve families’ lives.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition across web and mobile.
  • Significant experience in consumer subscription businesses, ideally trial-driven models.
  • Proven track record scaling acquisition programs across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and additional growth channels.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Subscription economics
    • LTV modeling
    • Funnel optimization
    • Attribution and incrementality
    • Growth experimentation
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar media budgets with accountability to CAC, ROAS, payback, and contribution margin targets.
  • Deep analytical fluency across GA4, Looker, AppsFlyer, Excel/Sheets, and related growth tooling.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Creative teams.
  • Prior people management experience strongly preferred.
  • You believe growth is about acquiring the right customers, not just more customers.
  • You understand that sustainable scale comes from strong fundamentals in measurement, experimentation, and creative iteration.
  • You balance analytical rigor with creative instinct.
  • You are deeply curious about customer behavior and what motivates families to act.
