Site Manager - Nanaimo, BC

Job Title: Site Manager Status: Full Time, permanent Location: Nanaimo, BC Salary:  $62,000 - $66,000     Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of contracted janitorial, maintenance, and facility services while ensuring client requirements and service standards are met Key Responsibilities Oversee daily contracted services and ensure work is completed to the required standards. Communicate with clients, supervisors, contractors, and frontline staff regarding operational needs. Monitor service quality through regular inspections and audits. Track KPIs, performance, deficiencies, and corrective actions. Follow up on client concerns and ensure issues are resolved. Prepare routine operational and performance reports. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, and daily operational requirements. Support supervisors and frontline staff with direction and follow-up. Monitor compliance with health and safety requirements. Identify hazards, service deficiencies, and operational concerns. Coordinate corrective actions and follow up to ensure completion. Support employee training, coaching, and performance management. Maintain records related to inspections, audits, incidents, training, equipment and service delivery. Participate in client meetings and provide updates on operational performance.
