We're looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead accounting and financial close for our US operations, within a fast-paced, multi-entity, international environment tied to a European publicly listed group.

Responsibilities

→Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for US entities (US GAAP + Group reporting)
→Oversee Accounts Payable, employee expenses, and vendor payment processes
→Manage banking activities, cash transactions, and bank reconciliations
→Own intercompany accounting across Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, and North Africa
→Strengthen internal controls and support internal/external audits
→Drive accounting transformation: chart of accounts harmonization, process standardization, automation, and NetSuite optimization
→Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition accounting integration
→Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, AR, Payroll, HR, Sales, and Engineering
→Lead, coach, and develop the US accounting team

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in an accounting leadership role (Accounting Manager, Senior Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or similar)
Must have ERP experience/knowledge – NetSuite is preferred
Strong US GAAP knowledge and familiarity with federal/state/local tax requirements
Experience managing financial close in a multinational, multi-entity organization with tight public-company reporting deadlines
Track record managing high-volume intercompany transactions across countries
Advanced Excel skills

M&A/integration experience
Exposure to finance transformation, systems implementation, or shared-services/matrix environments
