Requirements
~1 min readAs an Allied Health Assistant in the Rehabilitation Services team at Altius Group, you will provide direct support to our consultants who address the critical physical, psychological, social, environmental and organisational risk factors which may have an impact on a worker's ability to successfully return to work.
- Work alongside practitioner and workers who have sustained an injury or illness in the workforce
- Contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of the rehab needs of individual.
- Supporting return to work planning for occ-rehab claims, certificates of capacity and approvals for services
- Assist with developing detailed written reports that support workers' goals and outcomes
- Maintain up to date information, data and documents for all workers'
- Collaborate and liaise with medical practitioners and allied health professionals
- Current 3rd or 4th year students (Occupational Therapy)
- Minimum 3-day availability per week
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's license and car
- Ability to obtain a Police and Working with Children Check
