Organisational Services Consultant - Organisational Psychologist

• →Designing and delivering training workshops that build capability, performance, wellbeing and safety.  
• →Leading psychosocial risk assessments to uncover insights and drive change. 
• →Providing individual and group coaching to support growth, wellbeing and performance. 
• →Administering and interpreting psychometric assessments and running assessment centres. 
• →Facilitating conflict resolution, including mediations and team realignments. 
• →Supporting career transitions with empathy and expertise. 
• →Conducting onsite client engagements to deliver high-impact services. 
• →Scoping and proposing organisational development projects that align with client goals. 

• AHPRA Registered Psychologist
• Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology OR Business Psychology 
• WA Driver's licence and own vehicle 
• Availability to travel (opportunities to travel to remote sites with access to competitive profit share bonus for overnight travel) 
• Endorsement in Organisational Psychology, or working towards (desirable) 
• Hogan or other psychometric assessment accreditation (desirable) 
• Mediation trained / accredited, or willing to obtain
