Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Designing and delivering training workshops that build capability, performance, wellbeing and safety.
- →Leading psychosocial risk assessments to uncover insights and drive change.
- →Providing individual and group coaching to support growth, wellbeing and performance.
- →Administering and interpreting psychometric assessments and running assessment centres.
- →Facilitating conflict resolution, including mediations and team realignments.
- →Supporting career transitions with empathy and expertise.
- →Conducting onsite client engagements to deliver high-impact services.
- →Scoping and proposing organisational development projects that align with client goals.
- AHPRA Registered Psychologist
- Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology OR Business Psychology
- WA Driver's licence and own vehicle
- Availability to travel (opportunities to travel to remote sites with access to competitive profit share bonus for overnight travel)
- Endorsement in Organisational Psychology, or working towards (desirable)
- Hogan or other psychometric assessment accreditation (desirable)
- Mediation trained / accredited, or willing to obtain
