Role Objective: We are hiring a dedicated technical owner to oversee and scale Alvéole’s automated GTM engine. By leveraging a specialized stack—including Clay, CoStar, Artisan, and BigQuery—this role will move our prospecting from standard operations to a high-velocity, engineering-led function. This ensures that our data architecture, contact segmentation, and AI-driven outreach are continuously optimized for maximum conversion without manual drag on the broader team.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →TAM & Contact Mapping: Ensure our entire TAM is identified and approached by integrating data from CoStar, Clay and Hubspot
- →Automated Enrichment: Build processes to identify triggers (e.g., specific ESG goals, new LEED certifications) and map them to decision-makers.
- →Campaign Orchestration: Programmatically enroll segmented lists into outbound software
- →Funnel Optimization: Continuously optimize outbound messaging and sequence logic to maximize the conversion rate from initial touch to booked meeting.
- →AI Implementation: Use LLMs within Clay/Artisan to scan property reports and auto-generate personalized snippets for outbound outreach.
- →Stack Integration: Manage the data flow between Clay, BigQuery, Vasco and HubSpot to ensure CRM hygiene.
- Data Engineering (Junior): Ability to query and manipulate datasets in BigQuery; experience with AI prompts enrichment logic in Clay.
- GTM Stack Mastery: High proficiency in HubSpot (Workflows/Custom Objects), CoStar (data extraction), and Zapmail/Artisan (deliverability & automation).
- AI Prompting: Experience using AI for data extraction and structured content generation at scale.
- Process Iteration: A "builder" mindset—identifying friction in the sales process and solving it with automation rather than more headcount.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to monitor and fix API breaks or data syncing errors between the prospecting stack and the CRM.
This role is based out of Montreal, and the OTE range is CAD80,000-90,000 annually.
