Human Capital Officer - Tamheer Opportunity

Al-Watania Information Systems (WiSys) is offering a Tamheer training opportunity for a Human Capital Trainee. This program is designed for fresh graduates looking to build practical experience in human resources within a leading SAP consulting and IT solutions environment.

As a Human Capital Trainee, you will work alongside our HR team and gain hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations, while developing the skills needed to launch your career in human capital management.

• →Gain exposure to HR policies and procedures and assist in updating related documentation.
• →Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• →Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• →Participate in employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building activities.
• →Assist in administering performance management processes and tools.
• →Support training and development initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating sessions.
• →Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• →Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• →Fresh graduate - must meet Tamheer program eligibility criteria
• →No prior work experience required
• →Good communication skills in Arabic and English
• →Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• →Eager to learn with strong attention to detail
• →Saudi National
