Shift: Monday - Thursday; 6am - 4:30pm with occasional overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Stack completed garage door sections and finished doors according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Safely band, package, and secure products for storage, transport, and shipment.
• Verify product quantities, specifications, and identification markings to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect products for visible defects or damage and report quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Apply proper labels, tags, and documentation to finished products.
• Operate packaging and banding equipment according to safety and operational guidelines.
• Assist with moving materials and retrieving required supplies from designated storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily output requirements.
• Support cross-training and assist in other production areas as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math skills with the ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Other Job Responsibilities and Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. unassisted with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials weighing more than 45 lbs. using team lifting procedures.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (8–12 hours per shift).
• Ability to safely move and operate material handling equipment throughout the manufacturing floor.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs and/or ladders as required for job tasks.
• Ability to use hands, wrists, and fingers for handling materials, writing, and computer work.
• Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced industrial environment.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environmental conditions.
