Responsibilities

→High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
→1–3+ years of inside sales, customer service, or counter sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, or building products preferred)
→HVAC product knowledge or strong willingness to learn (equipment, parts, and systems)
→Strong communication and customer-service skills
→Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy environment
→Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
→Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
