Role: Inside Sales Associate - Parts 

As an Inside Sales Associate for our Parts Department at Ambient HVAC Supply, you’ll be responsible for handling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and account setup. This role will be supporting the parts department at Johnson Barrow, based in Seattle, WA. You’ll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team. You’ll also get the opportunity to support our Warehouse team with Counter sales and customer interaction.  This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and get exposure to premium products, a great team and experts in the field.  

Responsibilities:  

• Set up quotes for customer pricing. 
• Answers customer calls and identifies parts. 
• Team with the Sales department to address customer issues. 
• Respond to customer proposals via telephone and email. 
• Follow all company safety programs. 

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 
• HVAC proficiency or experience is a plus. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft office programs is required. 
• Basic math and computer literacy. 
• Great communication skills. 
• Organizational skills. 

Estimated compensation: $25–$30 per hour with flexibility based on experience and skills.
