Head of ECT Faculty

As Head of ECT Faculty, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and enhancing the success of our Early Career Teacher (ECT) and mentor programmes. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation and alongside the Director of ECT, you will ensure our programmes are delivered to the highest standard through our Delivery Partner network. You will oversee both delivery and operations, making sure our partners have a seamless experience, our contract with the Department for Education (DfE) is expertly managed, and our internal systems are robust, compliant and financially sustainable.

Please note: As part of the application process, you’ll be asked to confirm that you meet the key requirements for the role, including experience of managing a team, and a working understanding of the Early Career Teacher Programme and how it is delivered in schools or trusts.
