Through our culture of making a real impact, fostering growth, embracing flexibility, and building connections, we enable them to live meaningful lives while making a difference in the world. ## In one sentence Responsible for design, development, modification, debug and/or maintenance of software systems ## What will your job look like? * You will design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions within the Amdocs Ensemble ecosystem. * You will develop and support applications across key Ensemble modules, including MAF/MPS, Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Tuxedo, and Customer Service Management (CSM). * You will analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and software solutions. * You will develop, troubleshoot, and optimize application code using C/C++. * You will design and maintain database objects, stored procedures, and complex queries using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. * You will develop and maintain scripts for automation, deployment, and operational support using Linux Shell scripting. * You will participate in software design reviews, code reviews, testing activities, and production support. * You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and operations teams. * You will support CI/CD processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices. * You will identify system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions. * You will ensure compliance with development standards, security requirements, and best practices. * You will be encouraged to actively look for innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiency in all assigned tasks. ## All you need is... * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience * Strong knowledge of Ensemble modules such as: MAF/MPS, Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Tuxedo, Customer Service Management (CSM) – preferred * Strong programming experience in C/C++. * Solid experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development. * Knowledge of PowerBuilder is an advantage. * Experience working in Linux/Unix environments. * Strong scripting skills using Shell/Bash scripting. * Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies, tools, and DevOps practices. * Experience using Perforce for source code management. * Experience with Jenkins for build automation and deployment pipelines. * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within global teams. * Experience in the telecommunications domain is a strong advantage. ## Nice to have... * Experience supporting telecom billing and customer management platforms. * Exposure to Agile development methodologies. * Knowledge of system integration and application performance tuning. * Experience working in enterprise-scale production environments. ## Why you will love this job: * You will work on mission-critical telecom platforms serving millions of customers worldwide. * You will be part of a collaborative and innovative engineering team. * You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and large-scale systems. * You will influence the design and evolution of core business applications while driving operational excellence.
