Required Travel :Minimal Managerial - Yes Location: :India- Pune (Amdocs Site) ## In one sentence The Sourcing Manager leads strategic sourcing, negotiations and supplier management for global corporate services categories, delivering cost savings, commercial value and reduced risk while partnering closely with business stakeholders worldwide. ## All you need is... * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business, Law or a related field. MBA preferred. * At least 8 years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience in indirect or corporate services categories within a global organization. * Proven track record of leading complex negotiations and delivering measurable savings on high value deals and renewals. * Strong experience in running RFPs or tenders and evaluating technical and commercial proposals. * Solid understanding of contract terms, commercial risk and end to end contract lifecycle management. * Experience working with global stakeholders and suppliers across multiple regions and time zones. * Excellent verbal and written English, with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment. Nice to have * Hands-on experience in Professional Services, HR and Benefits, Learning and Development, Marketing or SaaS. * CIPS or an equivalent procurement certification. * Experience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa or similar, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. * Exposure to Gen AI for procurement automation, including prompt engineering. ## What will your job look like? * End to end sourcing: Lead the full sourcing lifecycle for global corporate services, from requirement gathering, supplier prequalification and RFx or tender management through negotiation, award and contract closure, to achieve the best total cost of ownership across cost, service, quality and risk. * Category support: Manage sourcing activities for Professional Services, HR and Benefits, Learning and Development, IT and SaaS, and Marketing on a global basis, executing the global category strategy in alignment with category leads and procurement leadership. * Commercial negotiations: Drive high impact negotiations for new deals and renewals, benchmarking proposals against the market and competing bids to deliver significant cost savings, improved commercial terms and value additions. * Renewal and contract management: Manage the renewal pipeline proactively, challenge price increases, secure multiyear terms where beneficial and ensure continuity of critical services. * Contracting and risk: Manage procurement agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs and order forms, in partnership with Legal, Finance and Compliance, covering commercial clauses, payment terms, bank guarantees, supplier risk and due diligence. * Stakeholder partnership: Act as a trusted business partner to HR, Finance, Legal, IT and business leaders globally, translating their needs into sourcing plans and influencing senior stakeholders with a business enabler mindset. * Leadership governance: Prepare and present deal review decks and sourcing recommendations, including CBA, procurement leadership and senior management for approval. * P2P management: Oversee the purchase to pay process for the categories managed, working with procurement services and accounts teams to ensure timely PR and PO issuance, vendor onboarding and payments in line with contractual commitments. * Supplier relationship management: Conduct periodic business reviews with key suppliers to track performance, manage risks, resolve escalations, and identify improvement opportunities. * Market intelligence: Maintain strong knowledge of supply markets, pricing trends and supplier innovations to identify new cost reduction and value creation opportunities. * Reporting: Track and report savings, spend, pipeline and procurement of KPIs to management on a regular basis. * Process improvement: Drive efficiency in procurement workflows, including the use of Gen AI tools and templates to automate routine sourcing and negotiation tasks. ## Why you will love this job: * You will work in a highly diverse, multicultural and fast growing global organization. * You will manage high visibility deals and work closely with senior leadership. * You will be part of an experienced procurement team with strong learning opportunities. * You will support a market leading software and services company for the communications and media industry. ## Who are we?
