We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to oversee, maintain, and secure our core IT infrastructure. In this role, you will manage both on-premises and Cloud environments, ensure server and network reliability across LAN/WAN systems, and administer essential directory services and operational applications to support daily business operations. The System Administrators are tasked with creating, following, maintaining, and enforcing IT policies and procedures, maintaining their skills to keep pace with changes in industry.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Deploy, configure, and maintain a variety of Operating Systems and Software applications including Windows Servers and Lunix, to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance.
- Cloud and Hybrid Management: Maintain basic AWS infrastructure components (EC2 instances, S3 storage, Security Groups, IAM permissions) and manage hybrid cloud connectivity.
- SaaS Administration: Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, overseeing license, Exchange online, SharePoint, Teams, and basic security and compliance settings.
- Identity & Access Management: Administer Active Directory, GPO, User accounts, permission, and access control.
- Operational Application Support: Support, patch and troubleshoot business applications across diverse environments, Perform security patches and updates during the specific maintenance time window.
- Maintain Core Network service including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP configurations.
- Develop and administers disaster recovery plans including local and cloud backup solutions.
- Work with the user community to provide technical solutions to business problems.
- Act as an escalation point for helpdesk technicians to resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Develops and maintains a change control process to manage project scope and complexity and to facilitate prioritization of development activities.
- Tracks and reports projects progress by establishing well-defined milestones, reviewing estimates, and providing status reports to senior staff.
- Works closely with technical lead to develop software that will help meet the functional requirements as well as usability standards.
- Provide R&D related to emerging technologies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Lends expertise to other job areas as required.
- 3+ years of related experience in systems administration covering Windows, Linux, and cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
- Participate in On-call rotation for critical system support after hours
- Participating in Monthly maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux servers
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience administering AWS infrastructure and/or Microsoft 365 suites.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, basic LAN/WAN concepts, and core protocols (DNS, DHCP).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) identity and access management.
- Advanced networking and security analysis skills
- Experience with Cisco routing, switching, and security products
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Cloud infrastructure on AWS Cloud and Microsoft 365.

ACR’s goal is to pay competitively and equitably. It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case’s circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the annual compensation range for this position is $82,550 – $110,050.
