Floor Technician

• →Shampoo carpets in resident rooms, staff offices, dining areas, and common spaces
• →Strip, wax, and maintain hard surface flooring as assigned
• →Perform all duties in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, facility policies, and safety standards
• →Assist the housekeeping department as needed
• →Support resident transportation when required

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Prior floor care experience preferred but not required
