Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee community operations in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Promote employee engagement, quality outcomes, mission effectiveness, and stewardship
  • Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support community success
  • Ensure high-quality care and services for residents
  • Support and uphold the mission and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest
  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Colorado, or the ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Long Term Care, Management, Human Services, or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in a Long Term Care Administrator position required
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
