- Sign-On Bonus: LPN – $3,500 (Full-Time) | $1,750 (Part-Time)
- Competitive Pay: $25.00–$31.33 per hour + credit for experience + $3.25 PM and $3.50 NOC shift differential + holiday pay

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
- Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
- Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
- Implement and evaluate care interventions
- Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop individualized care plans
What You’ll Need
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
