- Competitive Pay: $30.00–$39.00/hour + credit for experience
- Shift Differentials: Evenings +$3.00/hour | Nights +$1.00/hour | Weekend Days +$3.00/hour | Weekend Evenings +$4.00/hour | Weekend Nights +$4.00/hour
- Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available; working shifts are 6:00am–6:00pm or 6:00pm–6:00am shifts

Responsibilities

- →Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
- →Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
- →Implement and evaluate care interventions
- →Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop individualized care plans
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN license required
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
