• Competitive Pay: $30.00–$39.00/hour + credit for experience
• Shift Differentials: Evenings +$3.00/hour | Nights +$1.00/hour | Weekend Days +$3.00/hour | Weekend Evenings +$4.00/hour | Weekend Nights +$4.00/hour
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available; working shifts are 6:00am–6:00pm or 6:00pm–6:00am shifts

• →Provide high-quality care to residents
• →Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
• →Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Active LPN license required
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
