Elm Crest Senior Living Community is hiring a Medication Technician (Med Tech) to provide safe, compassionate medication support and resident care within our assisted living community. • Schedule: Full-time nights, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, with rotating weekends and holidays

• →Assist residents with medication administration and limited topical treatments under the supervision of the Assisted Living Director
• →Provide quality resident care and support with activities of daily living according to individualized care plans
• →Monitor residents and report changes in condition to appropriate clinical staff
• →Promote residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being
• →Follow community policies, procedures, and safety standards
• →Ensure compliance with state regulations and medication management requirements
• →Support a positive, resident-centered environment that reflects the mission and values of Elm Crest

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Iowa Medication Manager Certification or Iowa Certified Medication Aide certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused approach to care

• One year of healthcare, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
• Experience administering medications in a senior living setting preferred
• Willing to train the right candidate with the required certification
