Registered Dietitian Consultant
Location: Omaha, NE 68104

$37.00 per hour + credit for experience. Join Maple Crest Health Center in Omaha as a Registered Dietitian Consultant and help residents get the nutrition care they need, on a schedule built around your life: Monday through Friday, no weekends, no remote work required.

What You'll Do
- Assess residents' nutritional status and dietary needs
- Develop and update individualized nutrition care plans
- Manage therapeutic diets and diet modifications
- Review potential food and medication interactions
- Document nutrition assessments, progress notes, and care plans
- Provide nutrition education to residents and staff
- Work alongside the interdisciplinary care team to support resident outcomes

What You'll Need

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
- Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Current Nebraska state licensure (Licensed Medical Nutrition Therapist)

Preferred:
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nutrition
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay and Schedule
- Pay: $37.00 per hour, more for candidates with relevant experience
- Part-time, Monday through Friday
- No weekends, holidays, or remote work required
