Southwest freight demand and organized route planning create a dependable regional position for CDL-A truck drivers who want strong weekly miles, familiar freight lanes, and home time every 4–6 days. Established customer freight helps keep drivers moving while maintaining a consistent regional schedule.

The Route: Drivers primarily operate throughout the Southwest on established regional lanes that provide steady freight opportunities and familiar routing. The freight network is designed to support productive dispatches while minimizing unnecessary downtime between loads and keeping drivers within a manageable operating area.

Mix of drop-and-hook and live freight
No Northeast driving

Pay & Home Time: Drivers earn $1,550–$1,850 per week while averaging 2,700–3,000 miles each week. Home time is provided every 4–6 days with a regular 34-hour reset, creating a balance between productive regional miles and time at home.

All loaded and empty miles are paid, helping drivers maximize weekly earnings across every dispatched trip while maintaining consistent freight movement.

Your Equipment: Drivers are assigned late-model International LT tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, and inverters to provide comfort and convenience throughout each trip. Well-maintained equipment helps support dependable performance across Southwest regional routes.

Driver Qualifications
