Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Security Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing training and support to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the company's assets, employees, and clients.

- Conduct risk assessments and make recommendations to mitigate potential security threats.

- Provide training and support to employees and clients on security protocols and procedures.

- Monitor and analyze security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

- Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches.

- Collaborate with law enforcement and other external agencies as needed.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate security.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate security or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.

- Experience conducting risk assessments and developing security policies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
