Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Operations Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company, including but not limited to, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization

- Manage and maintain company records, including contracts, invoices, and other important documents

- Assist with the recruitment and training of new employees

- Provide support to senior management in decision-making and strategic planning

- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise in the day-to-day operations of the company

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a contract management or service-oriented industry

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management

- Proven track record of successfully managing operations and implementing process improvements

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
