  • Own positioning and messaging for core product areas, grounded in real customer pain points

  • Partner with Product Design and Marketing to "show" the value of the product

  • Plan and execute multi-channel launches (emails, in-product, social, decks, webinars, etc.)

  • Enable Sales and CS with messaging, competitive intel, and objection handling tools

  • Track the competition and highlight Amilia’s differentiators

  • Conduct interviews, research, and advisory groups to capture customer needs and feedback

  • Analyze product usage and translate insights into improved messaging and retention strategies

  • Build customer-facing materials that speak directly to real use cases and user personas

  • Work with Product Managers to validate and influence the roadmap with buyer and user insights

  • Support product discovery and beta phases with advisory group input

  • Help align product capabilities with GTM strategies and ensure clear internal communication

  • 6+ years in Product Marketing, ideally in a SaaS or sales-led tech environment

  • Track record of successful GTM launches and cross-functional collaboration

  • Strong communicator with the ability to simplify and synthesize complex ideas into punchy messaging

  • Comfortable with enterprise customers — from interviews to advisory groups

  • Data-savvy and able to turn data into actionable insights

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Experience with accounting software is a plus

  • Experience in marketing technology partners (Ecosystem) is a plus

  • French fluency is an asset
