Pool Monitor

• Sunday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (pool closes at 9:00 PM, cleanup from 9:00–10:00 PM)
• Friday–Saturday: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM (pool closes at 10:00 PM, cleanup from 10:00–11:00 PM)
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

We are seeking a reliable and professional Pool Monitor to oversee daily operations at a residential pool facility. This is a monitoring and security-focused role, not a lifeguard position. The Pool Monitor will be responsible for enforcing community rules, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring the facility is properly opened and secured each day.

• →Monitor pool area to ensure compliance with all community rules and regulations
• →Provide a professional and friendly presence for residents and guests
• →Observe for safety concerns, hazards, or inappropriate behavior and respond appropriately
• →Open and close the pool facility each day, including securing gates and equipment
• →Perform light cleaning duties, including removing trash and tidying the pool area
• →Complete end-of-day cleanup and ensure the facility is left in good condition
• →Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
• →Follow established procedures in the event of an emergency and complete required documentation

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work assigned schedule
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to make sound decisions and enforce rules in a professional manner
• Previous experience in customer service, security, or a similar role is a plus

• This is not a lifeguard position and no lifeguard certification is required
• Candidates should be comfortable working independently and outdoors for extended periods
