Responsibilities

→Clean and maintain common areas, including floors, hallways, stairwells, and other shared spaces.
→Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, scrub, and polish surfaces as needed.
→Clean and restock restrooms, including mirrors, fixtures, and other surfaces.
→Maintain the guest suite between stays and restock supplies as needed.
→Collect trash and recycling and keep disposal areas clean and organized.
→Clean and maintain elevators, including doors, tracks, and floors.
→Keep entrances, courtyards, garages, sidewalks, and other exterior areas free of debris.
→Clean accessible glass in entry areas and community spaces.
→Keep janitorial closets and supply areas clean and organized.
→Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate supply needs to the on-site community manager.
→Report vandalism, damage, or items left in common areas.
→Complete daily and seasonal cleaning responsibilities as needed.
→Assist with other reasonable tasks related to the position and your qualifications.

Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or similar experience is preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
Reliable, dependable, and consistent attendance.
Ability to communicate professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and coworkers.
Comfortable performing physical tasks associated with cleaning and maintaining a residential property.
