Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Clean and maintain common areas, including floors, hallways, stairwells, and other shared spaces.
- →Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, scrub, and polish surfaces as needed.
- →Clean and restock restrooms, including mirrors, fixtures, and other surfaces.
- →Maintain the guest suite between stays and restock supplies as needed.
- →Collect trash and recycling and keep disposal areas clean and organized.
- →Clean and maintain elevators, including doors, tracks, and floors.
- →Keep entrances, courtyards, garages, sidewalks, and other exterior areas free of debris.
- →Clean accessible glass in entry areas and community spaces.
- →Keep janitorial closets and supply areas clean and organized.
- →Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate supply needs to the on-site community manager.
- →Report vandalism, damage, or items left in common areas.
- →Complete daily and seasonal cleaning responsibilities as needed.
- →Assist with other reasonable tasks related to the position and your qualifications.
- Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or similar experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
- Reliable, dependable, and consistent attendance.
- Ability to communicate professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and coworkers.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks associated with cleaning and maintaining a residential property.
